At a higher level, he has been involved in the successful prosecution of a Queensland Police Commissioner, the exposing of a Psychologist as a fraud and perjurer, and international custody disputes spanning the globe.

Mark Morrow – Senior Solicitor
Mark joins our firm as a Senior Solicitor providing general consultancy advice and advocacy to our clients in Criminal, Traffic and Domestic Violence matters before the Courts. He has worked in senior positions including Senior Registrar at Rockhampton and Cairns Courts and has been an Acting Magistrate for over 25 years hearing civil, criminal, coroners, domestic violence, family law and QCAT proceedings.
Mark has a depth of knowledge and skill set when defending clients in challenging disputes. He has an LLB from QUT and is admitted to practice in Queensland and Commonwealth courts. He also is a Justice of the Peace (Magistrates Court) and member of the Queensland Justices Association. He regularly provides training and updates to members and participates and presents in training workshops held by the Rockhampton Justices Association.
